Summary of Memorandum of Incorporation
CIBL is formally incorporated in May, 2008 as a private company limited by
shares to provide IT based services to various customers home and abroad, to
enter into joint venture agreement to set up such companies and provide support
and technical services to other related persons/companies both at home and
abroad, to setup IT related companies/organizations and produce software,
hardware , technology transfer from Bangladesh to any country of the world and
offer IT related services and undertake necessary projects connected and
relevant with the business of computer sector such as networking, data entry,
software development, e-computing, also to offer IT related training facilities
to train up developed technical manpower and also to offer consultancy services
in all technological and development sector. CIBL is also able to provide
consultancy and related support services to trade commerce and industry.
Objective
With its innovative leadership, experienced resources, intelligent processes and
compatible infrastructure, CIBL aims to practice widest spectrum of IT services
and provide its’ clients with highest quality products and services in
- Advanced IT Services,
- Business Intelligence and Performance Management, and
- Business Process Outsourcing.
Moreover, CIBL aims to facilitate formal research in advanced IT, software
engineering and artificial intelligence through alliances and partnerships with
educational institutions and research organizations from around the globe. CIBL

Our History
December, 2007: Conceptualized
CIBL was conceptualized in late 2007 initially by Muzaffar Ahmed (Chairman of
CIBL and an Asian Maestro of Finance and Accounting) followed by a group of
profound individuals and companies from the financial services sector to
incorporate technical expertise and depth business knowledge of its owners and
associated technical leaderships, and produce high-quality products and services
in its own business area of interest.
March, 2008: Association of Technical Expertise
In April 2008, celebrated technical expertise of young Muhammad Mahbub Hussain
with prolific educational and professional grounding and diverse experience
around the globe of nearly a decade was associated to the conception of CIBL and
started planning the birth and growth of CIBL in increased realistic pace. Later
on, an innovative recruitment process was planned, and CIBL started its journey
in Bangladesh with a group of new associates, all with reputed university
degrees in computer science/software engineering and profound experience in
software development, IT Services, project- and quality-management in their
previous career steps.
